General
We are currently focused on outbound marketing jobs for sales-focused companies. We will be launching other industries over the coming months and will announce them as we do.
TeleMatch leverages the virtual work-from-home concept so we can connect job seekers throughtout the nation to their best fitting employer across the country.
For employers, there is a one-time, low-cost fee to connect with a candidate after selecting the particular intern that fits your needs. You will also provide the lead source that fuels your outbound marketer.
Collaboration
If any issue arises within the 2 weeks after selecting your candidate, TeleMatch will allow you to reselect any fellow intern free of charge. Please contact us and tell us your situation.
We currently do not provide a list of leads for your outbound marketers. We would love to hear your feedback if this is a service you would be interested in TeleMatch providing.
All job seekers are highly encouraged to invest time learning outbound marketing techniques through our dedicated resource page. We still also encourage their employer to provide clear, detailed instruction for their role.
Selection
Since your company will choose a candidate that fits your search criteria and will be paying the candidate based upon their desired payment preference, candidates are expected to accept their job offer.
Candidates are expected to work a minimum of 10 hours per week and be working with the organization for a minimum of 2 week.
Candidates are expected to have reviewed the "Job Seeker Resources" page to best prepare the experience.
TeleMatch recruits personable, hard-working, and self-motivated individuals who feel confident starting conversations with others. By leveraging both our educational and professional connections, we have developed an effective pool of eager interns.
Simply, TeleMatch is extremly cheap for employer use. We both recruit interns that are financially efficient and offer these connections for little-cost, by
eliminating the traditional interview and recruitment process.
By providing job seekers a platform that allows them to "apply" to a job type rather than a specific company, we increased the number of total applicants. Job seekers' profiles are focused on detailing present skills and not past experiences, which further increase the number of qualified applicants, including those interns that lack these professional privileges.
TeleMatch allows employers to quickly find the intern that best fits their organization's needs.
Financial
You will directly pay your intern according to their selected payment structure. Although we do not officially set a rate for any of the three payment structures, we find that our job seekers earn approximately $7-15/hour.
Because each sales company focuses their efforts on specific industries, no two appointments are the same. Thus, we leave it up to employers and job seekers to agree upon fair houlry, per appointment, and per sale rates.
Since job seekers list their desired payment options and employers sort candidates by these same options, employers are encouraged to fit a fair wage for their interns.
We encourage open communication between employers and interns to ensure fair starting payment.
In addition to offering a commission pay structure, you may pay your candidate on a bonus structure. Rather than simply offering $5 per appointment and $100 per sales, you may making it rolling. For instance, if they generate 10 appointments in a week, their per-appointment-pay may increase to $7 per appointment for the rest of the month.
Connection
You should contact your intern within 48 hours. You may simply email the candidate the exact template at the bottom of your purchased digital file (containg their contact details) to most effectively begin your professional relationship.
Although their profile is automatically removed, the intern is not aware of their selection until you contact them using the information on the digital file you obtained.
